An inner-city foreshore residential development of 27 luxury apartments over 5 levels, its asymmetrical form echoing the architectural rhythm of the surrounding Victorian terraces in a modern register.
​
The magnificence of the beachfront location and the heritage character of the neighbouring Victorian terraces demanded a design of high architectural merit - presenting itself as a series of vertical terraces that emphasise public use at ground level and acknowledge the predominantly commercial character of the streetscape opposite.

Designed to embrace the view, Ala Moana creates opportunities for the most luxurious tropical living.
The stage is set on the upward approach to the house, before reaching sumptuous interiors that frame the breathtaking ocean views.
