Omiros Emmanouilides
FOUNDER & EXECTIVE CHAIRMAN - O1A INTERNATIONAL
A graduate of the University of Melbourne, Omiros completed both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees, graduating top of his year with First Class Honours and receiving the Commonwealth Research Award for environmental architecture research. Founded in Melbourne in 1987, O1A has evolved into an international architecture and development platform operating across luxury residential, hospitality, waterfront,
mixed-use and master planned developments.

Under Omiros' leadership, the practice has expanded beyond traditional architectural services into an integrated design-led approach encompassing masterplanning, experiential placemaking, hospitality and development strategy — balancing architectural identity with long-term value creation.
Jenna Emmanouilides
DIRECTOR - O1A INTERNATIONAL
Representing the next generation of the practice, Jenna continues O1A's evolving focus toward contemporary lifestyle architecture, hospitality driven environments and design led residential development.

A Master of Architecture graduate with First Class Honours, Jenna brings a strong emphasis on spatial experience, material refinement and contemporary living environments - reflecting the ongoing evolution of O1A as a multi-generational international design practice balancing legacy, innovation and future-focused destination thinking.

1A International is a multidisciplinary architecture and lead consultancy practice delivering luxury residential, hospitality, waterfront and mixed-use developments across the Middle East, Europe and Australia.

O1A's experience spans boutique lifestyle environments through to large-scale urban and waterfront masterplans, with expertise across architecture, master planning, hospitality, interiors and integrated consultant coordination - recognised for its ability to navigate complex project environments while maintaining a strong architectural vision, commercially intelligent outcomes and a clear sense of place.

Beyond traditional architectural services, O1A operates at the intersection of architecture, development strategy, hospitality thinking and experiential placemaking, enabling projects to evolve beyond buildings into integrated living environments.
